I think it’s the experimental underseat exhaust model!
My bike always looks like that after I have carefully studied the manual and tried to put it back together again… DOH!
On the bright side, it would keep the family jewels warm of a brisk morning.
He probably should have gotten a manual before he started putting it back together.
