From the first look it seems ok. Maybe buy via eBay using PayPal

I have a contact (over 25 years) to a professional seller I could ask If this does not satisfy.

If you find something at www.lo-moto.de he is trustworthy (I get no provision )

I am going though the bank account supplied.
Interesting I put this site to Chat GPT out of interest and a positive result came back.
The bank seemed fine with it so I went for it.
