I want to update my regulator/rectifier unit with a newer MosFet version. Has somebody done that before? Any recommendation of what to use?
Wiring should not be that great Problem. AC Generator has 3 wires (yellow), double red/White is the 12V, double green is ground. What is the blue one for? It goes to fuel pump Relais, Start and Stop Switch. It has something to do with ignition. Is it generated inside the Regulator or is used as triggger there?

If somebody is asking “Why?” … I want to change the starter battery to a homemade Lithium Version and want to have better DC supply.
