Vf1000f tank is there any difference to a f2 from a f1

Is There any difference between the 84 vf 1000F f1 and the 85 vf1000F f2 tank
Need a tank for my 84

Hi Nally,there are a couple of differences,the F2 tank does not have the mounts for the half fairing on the sides and also has an 8mm fuel pipe rather than the 6mm of the FE.
www.ebay.be has 3 FE tanks for sale,prices range from €125-€175
