Carb rubbers (holders)

Hello again!
My carb rubbers (between engine and carbs) are really stiff and ugly and some of them broke when I took of the carbs the other day. Now I’m looking for new rubbers or something that can replace them. Any ideas or tips? Bike; VF1000FE 1984.

Actually CMSNL (and David Silver) adds dutch (british) VAT to their list prices. No import duties anyway.
