Carbs for 1986 vf1000ff

I am looking for carbs for my honda 1986 vf1000ff.The carbs would need to be in full running order.
She is only running on three cylinders. I have replaced the coils, leads and plugs, I have a spark at each lead. she is very hard to start when cold.would anyone know how to solve this problem.

The battery was not holding a charge, so have replaced the battery and dynamo.Battery is still not holding a charge. Bike wiring harness has been replaced.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

almost certainly regulator rectifier, had the same problem, new one solved , after lot of pissing about checking out other stuff thats all it was , very easy job to replace
