Go on…explain the obvious please as I have hit a problem after a long day and just can’t get my head around it [:I]…Fitted the clutch body…fully home…then the drive pinion…EXCEPT the pinion wont go full home BECAUSE the two sets of teeth on the clutch body are slightly out of line…Haven’t resorted to anything at the moment other than running out of the freezing cold garage screaming after I’d first taken a couple of pics for the genius bif to enlighten me whilst I warm my hands in the back of the computer…
Had my tea and warmed my fingers then back to it…rather than take bifs advice by incorporating another pair of hands as my 18 year old son was busy sat on his arse watching T.V.[;)]…I managed it quite simply by the use of a large screwdriver to prise both sets of cogs into line whilst tapping the drive pinion onto the carnkshaft…piece of piss…sorry to have bothered anyone…

P.S…I thoroughly cleaned the clutch body before fitting for real !!!..before anyone says owt!!![:D]
Main thing is Tim its on,I have also seen the drive pinion fitted first followed by the clutch basket with a bar through to turn it to align the gears. So we still on target for a meet up in April?
Regards BIF
