Do you know, if the ignition lock of VF1000 Ff fits in F2?
There are different part numbers (631 vs 831)for these locks, but what is the difference in real life?
Does anybody have locks to compare?
I am going to buy a new lock for my vf1000f
all the sellers on ebay state they are the same so I would think thats right
two bolts under the top yoke and a connector at the loom

According to the wiring diagram, Ff and F2f has 6 wire-coupler, and Fe seems to have only 5 wires. It might also be, that the lock cylinder part is longer in Fe and Ff-models because of the plastic cover, which does not exist in F2.
