been around one of my old route’s this evening, Holme moss, now made famous by the “le grand de’part”,
I was supprized to see a few cyclist’s struggling up the hill as the weather looked rather threatening.
I’ve come to the conclusion the only way to ride the course is on a vf ;D
Pete, I would have been one of those cyclists left over from that original start last week if I’d been peddling. I agree, why work hard when someone has invented a much easier and nicer way to see the world.
BTW people - don’t forget THE camping weekend at Hulme End in the Peak District, for VF’s - 1st , 2nd , 3rd August or just turn up on the Saturday for a beautiful ride if you want. Drink coffee and chat about bikes.
