A word of warning, just tried to refit the magnetic sump plug I aquired from Wemoto last year. It has sheared of leaving half the thread and the magnet stuck in the hole, just loosely tightening before I torqued it ! Grrrr, Bloody exhaust and sump off now !!!
Argh… ive done one of those too, fortunately though when mine snapped, it left a small notch on the broken surface which i could get a screw driver on and just riddle it out…
Add another one, wemoto magnetic sump plug for GPz500…sheared the day it was fitted.
Seems to be a quality control issue there, for sure.
Managed to get it out without dropping sump and have e mailed Wemoto about it.
