Hello I think I need to replace the chain and sprockets on my 1984 vf1000 r as many of u know the one on it is probably the original

You need a 530 chain with 110 links. The original sprocket has 17 teeth, the chain wheel 43. Maybe it makes sense to go down 1 teeth at the sprocket. Take a look at the present pieces, count the teeth and the links and doublecheck, if the acceleration fits your needs.
Buy a complete set from RK, DID, AFAM or ENUMA. Normally you need a tool for riveting.
