New to all this, but hope someone out there can help me.
I’m in the process of restoring a 1984 VF1000FE painted Black and Dark Metallic Grey. I cannot find the paint code for the Metallic Grey (I would have called it Gunmetal).
Hope someone can help.

Dont bother with the codes unless you know a paint supplier that is very familiar with them, best thing to do is take a panel or tank to your local paint supplier and match it from an area which has not been exposed to the sun, this is because sunlight bleaches the pigment out, especially reds. we have a supplier in the UK that mix solely for motorcycles and some of the paint I have had from them are not up to it.
