I’v just pulled the heads of my FE [:o)]and was thinking of getting the rocker shafts re-plated because the chrome on the cap head is shot,[V] I also have a VF400 83 model and the outside measurement of the cap head is identical[8)]does anyone know if these will fit, I don’t want to take them out of the 400 just to find they may be wrong, if they do, it may be easier/cheaper to find a good set on Ebay [:D]

Yes they fit[8D] just need a better micrometer and to know what the tolerances are between the shaft and rocker.
