I looked up the rubber boot that covers the trip-odometer reset button and found it is oddly enough part of the “combination meter/lens” (part# 37102-MB6-008). Not terribly available. Seems like a common enough item. Any suggestions on how to get that part or an equivalent from a different bike?
I used a rubber squeeze bulb from a medicine dropper to replace mine. Its not factory but better than nothing!

I’m given to understand from other threads that this part will fit.
It’s inexpensive, so may be worth a punt?
There also used on vf500f interceptors to i had to buy the whole cluster though $30 once you get pack it full of Vaseline grease.
