The pic needs to already exist on a website somewhere, you can’t upload them to this site yet. So for the pic above the actual URL of the pic is http://www.bigbikeriders.com/images/big.jpg so once you know where the pic is (the URL) you click “insert image” button and then paste the URL between the IMG tags…
