I have this new starter that will apparently fit a VF1000R and maybe other models. I haven’t tried it but it looks like it will fit. This is a WPS starter made in Japan.
Not sure if splines are correct length etc.
Anyone know if this will fit??
Mounting points look right,but Honda produced this starter in two versions.
The one you need rotates to the right,the left hand one fits the shaft drive models.

Looking face on to the splined shaft the rotation is clockwise. Is this correct?
